Product Description

The Amprobe AMB-45 MegaTest 1 tests insulation of wires, cables, transformers and electrical motors. Its sensitive ohmmeter can be used to check the resistance of motor windings. It also contains a programmable timer to perform the Dielectric Absorption Ratio Test, and a built-in voltmeter. The display is a 70 x 46 LCD with 60 segment analog bar indicator. The power source is 8 x 1.5V AA batteries (included). The unit measures 9 x 4.6 x 2.4 inches, weighs 750g (with batteries), and ships complete with test leads, large jaw alligator clips, software, RS-232 cable, instruction manual and carrying case.
