Product Description

Statfree® AFR mat is made with a conductive nitrile rubber top black layer and an anti-fatigue foam rubber bottom layer. The product is designed to provide a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path to ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. The resistance range (10E4 – 10E5 ohms Rtt) of the top black layer will remain low enough to act as a path to ground with normal dirt and grime build up on a floor and meet the required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Method 1 (<3.5 x 10E7 ohms) for a flooring/footwear system. The bottom foam rubber layer is designed to reduce standing workers’ fatigue and improve productivity.
