Band-It Tool is a drop forged tool with tensioning capabilty of 2400lb , spring loaded gripper, friction held cutoff lever, spin handle. 

Type 201 stainless steel is the strongest banding available and is used for most common applications. Type 316 stainless steel is specified for use in situations where corrosion is the major problem. It is used extensively in applications using dissimilar metals, moist atmospheres and environments where it is subject to chemicals, salts, acids and high temperatures.
